Generate Spend Analysis Data
Explanation
Use this activity to generate the spend transactions according to the settings defined for the spend analysis
id. Select the date to which date you want the data to be generated and then all new spend transactions from the
last time the job was executed will be included in the spend analysis.
This job can also be scheduled to be executed on a regular basis.
Prerequisites
- The spend analysis settings must be defined.
System Effects
- As a result of this activity a background job will be created to collect all spend transactions up until the
specified to date and categorize the transacitons according to the procurement category definition.
- Buy selecting the Include Emissions indicator, the user has the option to enable/disable the
inclusion of emissions in the results.
