Manually Exclude Spend Data
Explanation
Use this activity to manually exclude certain abnormal lines from the analysis phase.
Prerequisites
- The spend analysis transactions must have been generated.
- At least one exclusion reason must have been entered in the basic data for spend analysis.
System Effects
- The lines will be indicated as Excluded from Analysis with an exclusion reason code.
- If you choose to exclude lines from the analysis, the lines will not be included in the information source
data that constitutes the data that will be used in the analysis phase.
