Add Qualitative Summary
Explanation
The Manually Enter Qualitative Summary for Qualitative KPIs activity is used to manually input qualitative
summaries for qualitative KPIs and attach supporting documents.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan or be a Data Provider/Authorizer for
the KPI.
- KPI Requirements: The KPI must be Qualitative.
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Active" status.
- KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Pending" or "Rejected" status.
- The logged in User should be connected to a Person registered in the application to attach supporting
documents.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- Qualitative comments are updated in the KPI record within the sustainability plan.
- A historical record of the entry is created.
