Connect User to Sustainablity Plan
Explanation
The Connect Additional Users to Sustainability Plan activity allows for adding extra users, such as auditors, to
the sustainability plan. When a new sustainability plan is created, the log user is automatically connected with
full access. This activity can be used to grant additional users access to the plan.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The log user must have “Full Access” to perform this activity.
System Effects
- The additional user is granted view access to the plan.
- The added user can view sustainability plan details, including all KPIs, attachments, and snapshots created
for the plan, but cannot edit any details.
