Set KPI as Rejected
Explanation
The Set KPI Status to Rejected activity is used to update the status of a KPI in the sustainability plan to
"Rejected" if the data provided, measurements, or qualitative comments are not at a satisfactory
level.
Prerequisites
- User Access: The user must have “Full Access” to the plan or be the Authorizer of the KPI.
- Plan Status: The plan must be in "Active" status.
- KPI Status: The KPI must be in "Data Provided" status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The KPI status is updated to "Rejected".
