Create Partial Absence With Absence Period

Explanation

This activity is used to create partial absences with periods.

Partial absence periods is created using the New Partial Absence dialog.

Expected return date and notes can be entered as configured in the absence type.

If the option Create Absence From Day Start is selected absence will be created from the start of the day, otherwise it will be created at the end of the scheduled hours.

Multiple partial absence periods can be created when the Create Multiple Absence Periods toggle is set to true.

When the Create Multiple Absence Periods toggle is set to true, this results in the Absence Recovery Periods list to be visible.

Partial Absence Periods can be created in the background.

Absence types needs to be configured.
