Manage Partial Absence Periods

Explanation

This activity is used to add more partial absence periods to an existing partial absence so that the partial absence can be extended.

Partial absence can be extended by adding more partial absence periods by using the Add Partial Absence Period dialog.

Except for the partial absence ID field, all the other fields are editable.

Add Partial Absence Period dialog will open with the selected partial absence ID already fetched.

A summarized view of Partial Absence Periods based on the absence percentage, Partial Absence ID and Absence type.

Partial Absence periods are sorted from latest to oldest with the latest absence period being on top of the list.

With the Update Partial Absence Period the selected partial absence periods can be modified.

The absence information will be displayed in the dialog if they are having the same values over all connected absences, if different values exist the fields will be empty, and the information will be shown that fields contain different values.

If values are updated or entered, they will be saved into all connected absence records.

Remove Partial Absence Period button removes all the connected absences.

When deleting Partial Absence it can be selected if the connected absence should be deleted or only the connection to partial absence should be removed.

On the Absence page, the Partial Absence Period ID and the Absence Percentage of individual absences can be changed, so that the partial absence of an existing individual absence can be connected/changed.

Partial Absence Periods can be created in the background.

Prerequisites

Partial absence ID must be created with partial absence periods.

Partial Absences are modified.
