Use this activity to define a training plan for an employee. An employee can be registered in Employee Training Plan in two ways:
After an employee has registered for a course through the Employee Training Plans page if a training event is available the option Apply for Training Event will be visible. This option will be visible only when the status of the Training Event is Published.
When a training is available for a requested training, it is shown in the 'Training Available' field in the Employee Training Plans page.
Apart from the New, Delete and Details commands the following actions are also available in Employee Training Plans page:
My Training Plans page has the New, Details, Delete and Apply For Training Needs options
In the Course Catalog page there's a command called "Add to Training Plan". By using this option an employee can add a course to his/her training plans. A manager can also add a course to his/her subordinate's training plans.
Course should be registered.
Once a training plan is added in Employee Training Plans page if a training event is available for the respective course it will be mentioned in the Training Available column.
