Use this function to define basic information about training facilities needed for courses. Examples of training equipment are computers, overhead projectors, and whiteboards.
Training room types are, for example, group room, lesson room, big room, or workshop room. Once the training rooms are grouped that makes it easier for the person in charge of reserving training facilities, as it tells him/her what the different rooms can be used for.
Training Room is where the Training Room Type gets a specific name, address, capacity, and designation of Internal or External. For example, a training room type could get the name Lesson Room One and be designated Internal with a capacity of ten participants.
Training Room Equipment specifies in which training room a specific piece of equipment belongs.
