Select from Employee Training Plans

Explanation

This activity can be used to register a participant to a training event using the Employee Training Plans / My Training Plans pages. The system will display the available training event(s) corresponding to the selected courses in Employee Training Plans / My Training Plans. The command "Apply for Training Event" will be displayed against the requested courses for which a training event is available. With the use of the Apply for Training Event dialog the registration can be done.

Apply for Training Event dialog opens only if the training event is available and the status of the training event is Published or Confirmed.

Prerequisites

Training events should be created for the courses requested by the applicants and the training event status should be Published or Confirmed.
