| Company ID | Associated Company ID which the compensation type is defined |
| Compensation Type | Type of compensation paid to employee; Example: Base Salary. |
| Compensation Type ID | Unique key to identify the Compensation Type. |

| Include in Budget | Indicates whether this Compensation Type is in the Salary Increment Budget calculation. |
