This model dimension represents the Service Level Agreements (SLA) Order Line Data data in form SLA Order Line and is based on the IFS Cloud dimension DIM_SLA_ORDER_LINE. All models that refers to this dimension will have the attributes and hierarchies as described below.

Calculation Basis Basis for SLA Dates. Two values: Base date and Previous Task.Base Date: Dates are caluclated based on entry date of Work TaskPrevious Task: Dates are calculated based on completion of  preceding task.
Calendar ID Calendar Code
Cut Off Time The time at the end of a shift after which a resolution time will not be calculated
Resolution Time The time from entering a new work task or finishing the previous work task to when the work task should be finished.
Response Time The time from entering a new work task or finishing the previous work task to when the work task should be started.
SLA Order Line Built up as SLA ORDER NO + ' - ' + SLA_ORDER_LINE_NO
SLA Order No SLA Order Number
Template ID The identity of the SLA order template from which the SLA order is created.
Work Stage ID The code for the work stage

Data source Information

The data source for this object is defined using IFS Developer Tool. The data source contains a number of transformations where the model reads data from the last step, i.e. the Data source view name (DW Source View Name).
