CURRENT_BASE_SALARY The Current Basic Salary of the Employee. (This doesn't include the Variable Pay Amounts)
CURRENT_COMPA_RATIO Indicates the % of an employee’s current salary compared to the salary mid-point of the employee's Job Grade. (Internal benchmark) if the Compa ratio is 100% employee is paid exactly the mid-point of the min and max salary the employee can get paid. (Base pay + Variable Pay is considered)
CURRENT_RANGE_PENETRATION Range penetration indicates how competitive the current salary is compared to the min and max salary of an employee’s job grade (Internal benchmark). If min salary is 100, Max is 200 and the current salary is 125. Range penetration is simply 25%.
