Create Purchase Requisition
Explanation
This activity is used to view and create new purchase requisitions for parts required for a Work Task. Both
Inventory Purchase Parts and Non-Inventory Purchase Parts can be added to a Purchase Requisition.
Prerequisites
- A Work Task must be created and transferred to Mobile with the relevant information under IFS/Work Order
Management.
- Required purchase parts must be synchronized to the mobile device.
- The Resource must be defined and set up as a mobile user.
System Effects
- A new Purchase Requisition is created for the work task.
Procedure
- Select work assignment for the task from Work Order. Assignment status has to be either Accepted, On Route or
Started
- Select action Purchase Requisitions and then New Requisition
- Fill in the required fields and select Finish.
- Ensure the changes are synchronized to the mobile device.
- Verify in IFS Cloud Web that a new Purchase Requisition has been created for the added parts.
