Log into the Microsoft Account

Explanation

This activity is used to get the presence in MS Teams on the contact widget.

User must log in to the organizational Microsoft account through the IFS Cloud Mobile app to retrieve the presence of the organization contacts.

The following statuses are displayed under the user presence:

• Available
• Away
• Offline
• Busy
• Do not disturb

Once the user is disconnected from the IFS Cloud Mobile app, user gets logged out of the Microsoft account.

Prerequisites

To view the MS Teams information on the contact widget,

• MS Teams integration must have been configured to include Client ID from Azure app registration and Enabled in System Parameters

System Parameters,

• Client ID of your Azure app registration to give access to graph APIs
• Enable/Disable teams functionality has to be ENABLED
• MS Teams integration must have been enabled for each IFS Cloud Mobile app in Application Parameters
• Application Parameter MS_TEAMS_ENABLE has to be TRUE
• Organizational E-Mail must have been set under the communication method for each contact person to be able to view the MS Teams contact information on the contact widget

To view the presence,

• User must have logged in to the Organizational Microsoft Account through IFS Cloud Mobile app

System Effects

• User can see the MS Teams presence of the selected contact
