Quick Issue - Stock /Quick Issue - Spares (Issue Unplanned Material)

Explanation

This activity is used to issue parts or spare parts for a Work Task without prior planning. You can perform this activity by using Quick Issue - Stock  and Quick Issue - Spares in the mobile app.

Prerequisites

• A Task must be created and transferred to Mobile with all the relevant information.
• Inventory Part stock should be available in user connected warehouse. In online mode, user can also search for stock in other connected warehouses using the Online Search feature.
• To issue Object Spare Parts, the Task Object should have Object-Spare Parts defined.
• The resource should be defined and set up as a mobile user.

System Effects

• Selected parts are issued successfully and listed under Issued Materials in Mobile. This will also be visible under Material tab in IFS Cloud Web.

Procedure

1. Select the Work Assignment in the mobile client.
2. Go to the Materials action and select Quick Issue - Stock or Quick Issue - Spares.
3. Select the part, serial number, lot/batch number (as required for the selected part), and enter the quantity to issue. If the stock is not available in the connected warehouse, use the Online Search feature to check other connected warehouses.
