Receive to Service Location

Explanation

Material Lines sent to Service Location using Purchase Order or Shipment Order can be received in mobile client in Work Details\Material Order Receipts page.

Prerequisites

• Material Line is created with Delivery Method To Service Location using Supply Code Purchase Order and the corresponding Purchase Order line is processed and ready to be received.
• Material Line is created with Delivery Method To Service Location using Supply Code Shipment Order and the corresponding Shipment line is processed and ready to be received. Please see About Shipment Order for details on Shipment Order processing.
• For Material Lines created for Inventory Parts, basic data required to create new Remote Warehouse are defined as described in Automatic registration of remote warehouse section of About Remote Warehouse.

System Effects

• Material Lines for Inventory Parts are received to Service Location and reserved for the Request Work Task. These parts can then be issued for the Request Work Task
• Material Lines for Non-Inventory Parts or for No Parts are received and consumed for Request Work Task
