Recieve Remote Assistance
Explanation
This activity is used to connect and receive Remote Assistance from an Expert.
Prerequisites
- Remote Assistance call is successfully connected.
System Effects
- Once the call is connected, it is possible to give/receive help, use augmented video to point/show issues,
take pictures, share pictures & documents, zoom in/out and annotate.
- If the call is initiated from Work Details, Task Steps, or Object Information screens, contextual details
(Task No, Object ID) are passed and the receiving user is made aware of this via the “View Link”
option that is displayed on the incoming call (Note: context viewing is only available in IFS Cloud Web
client).
