View Request Quotation Notes

Explanation

Use this activity to view Service Notes connected to a Request Quotation in the mobile client.

• You can select a note from the notes list to navigate to the Note Detail page, which provides a full view of the note, including:
  • Details about when and by whom it was created.
  • Access to any attachments connected to the note.
• The notes list is sorted by default from the latest to the oldest.
• Notes for Request Quotations are only available when the mobile device is online.

Prerequisites

• The Sync to Mobile toggle must be enabled on the note when it is created.
• The mobile device must be online.

System Effects

Service Notes related to a Request Quotation can be viewed in the mobile client.
