Add Job Stop Reasons

Explanation

From the Incomplete Causes page, you can add reasons a technician can select when performing a job stop.

For example, job stop reasons list may include the following:

AWGSHOP	Awaiting shop space
INSFTOOLS	Insufficient tools
PSDBYPRXY	Paused by proxy

AWGENGSUP	Awaiting engineering support
OTHER	Other

The list of job stop reasons must include the job stop reasons specified by the following parameters on the Maintenance Execution Parameters page.

Parameter ID	Description
PROXY_JOB_STOP_REASON	Specifies the reason provided when a supervisor performs a proxy job stop.
HANDOVER_REASON	Specifies the reason a technician must select when performing a job stop for assignments that cannot be completed due to shift end.

The Parameter Value should match the Incomplete Code.

• Not applicable.

System Effects

•  The job stop reason becomes available on the list of reasons on the Job Stop assistant.
•  The job stop reason appears in the ASSIGNMENTS tab on the Task Details and Fault Details pages.
•  The Handover Assignments tile on the Hangar Maintenance Technician and Hangar Maintenance Crew Lead lobbies displays the count of skill assignments where job stop was performed due to the shift ending.
