Contact An Expert
Explanation
This activity is used to call an expert directly from the remote assistance contact list.
Prerequisites
- The expert must be configured as an active remote assistance user in Solution Manager/Remote
Assistance/Users.
- The expert must be connected to one or more remote assistance groups to which the end user is connected
too.
- The expert’s remote assistance status should be set to Available. The default status is Available and
this can be changed from the IFS Cloud Web client.
System Effects
- The expert’s contact can be found in the remote assistance contact list of the end user.
- It is possible to initiate a call with the expert directly.
