Upload Company Logo

Explanation

As an administrator, you can upload an image as the company logo. This logo appears on the maintenance documents that are generated when deferring a fault, completing a task, and releasing an aircraft.

When updating the logo, you can only replace the existing logo.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that your image is in PNG format and does not exceed 500KB in size.
• Before updating a previously added digital signature logo, request your system administrator to delete the media item named ‘AV_DIGI_SIGN_LOGO’ from the Media Item page.
• To immediately synchronize logo changes to mobile devices, change the Batch Sync frequency to 'On Changes' on the Solution Manager/Mobile Apps/Configuration/Synchronization Rules page for the synchronization rule associated with the entity 'AvEsignLogo'.
