Freeze Stock on Count Result
Explanation
Use this function to manually freeze stock for rejected count result lines.
This command is always available, even when choosing only frozen or unfrozen
records. However, the freeze command only applies to the unfrozen lines to manually
freeze the stock.
Prerequisites
- A part on the count report must have been counted, and the result must
have been rejected by the system and currently be unfrozen.
System Effects
- If the count results are created without freezing based on site level
setup (Freeze Stock on Reject Count Result toggle) then stock will be frozen,
and the system will raise a warning message to nullify the counted quantities
registered on the rejected count result lines. At the same time system will
take a new snapshot to do recounting.
- If the user freezes the count result line again without reporting any
Counted Qty, a new snapshot value will be taken from the stock record and
updated in the count result line.
