View Incoming Multi-Company Project Transactions
Explanation
When an employee reports cost or time to an employee company activity which is in turn connected to a customer
company activity in the Multi-Company Project Reporting Activity Link Info or in Multi-Company Project Reporting
Activity Rule Setup window, it will create a transaction in the customer company as well. This happens
automatically and no manual work is required. This activity is primarily relevant to the customer company.
Prerequisites
- The employee company and the customer company activities should be connected in Multi-Company Project
Reporting Activity Link Info or Multi-Company Project Reporting Activity Rule Setup window.
- The reporting user should have an employment in the customer company and be defined in the Multi-Company
Project Reporting Employee Link Info window or the required basic data to generate an employee automatically
should be entered in the Company Properties.
System Effects
- A project transaction in the customer company will be possible to view.
