Cancel Approval Process
Explanation
This activity is used to cancel the approval process set up for a particular risk analysis. Once cancelled, a
risk analysis can be Reanalyzed, Re-approved or Closed.
Prerequisites
The risk analysis must have approval steps defined and the approval process must be started on the risk analysis
to give the risk the Approval in Progress status.
System Effects
- Once cancelled, the risk analysis status is changed from Approval in Progress to
Analyzed.
- If a step in the approval routing has been approved or rejected and you decide to cancel the approval
afterwards, this will erase the approver details, dates and approval status from the record/approval
routing.
