View Configuration
Explanation
Use this activity when you want to view the details about a configured part on your order line. This activity is
intended for a B2B user acting as a customer or supplier.
Use the Order Details command to open Order Details. In Products group select the line
with configurable part and use the View Configuration command. The View Configuration page will be
opened.
You can perform this activity in the lobby page Order Management for Customers and lobby link:
Open Lines from lobby element: Orders.
Prerequisites
- If B2B user is acting as a customer:
- In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- The user must have the appropriate B2B customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer
page.
- If B2B user is acting as a supplier:
- In the Supplier page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate supplier.
- The user must have the appropriate B2B supplier as default customer, set up in B2B User – Supplier
page.
- IFS/Configuration Back Office and IFS/Configuration Characteristic components must have been installed.
- The configuration process should be started.
