Publish Evaluation
Explanation
Use this activity to publish the results of a Supplier Performance Evaluation record of a particular supplier.
Published evaluations and results should be considered as the verified and finalized state of an evaluation which
can then be utilized for the decision making processes in the organization. This activity is intended for a user
acting as a Supplier Relationship Manger/Procurement Manager or a similar role.
Note:
- An evaluation record can be published only once.
Prerequisites
- Supplier Performance Evaluation should be in preliminary state.
- Evaluation results generation should be done.
System Effects
As the result of this activity:
- The Supplier Performance Evaluation status will be set to Published.
- If the Use for General Rating is enabled for the evaluation, the general rating for the supplier will be
generated and updated based on the outcome of the selected evaluation. In other words, the overall score obtained
from the evaluation will correspond to a specific rating that will be assigned to the supplier. Furthermore in
instances where specific externally sourced system defined KPIs values are available, the Sustainability Metrics
will be updated and Score for Country & Industry Risk, Score for ESG Risk, Score for Assessment
Results and Critical News Count information will be shown.
