documents. It acts as a central hub for managing print jobs, interacting with print agents, and providing you with
control over print options.
Key functionalities:
- Job submission: Accepting print requests from various applications within IFS Cloud.
- Job queuing: Managing a queue of print jobs to optimize printer utilization.
- Print agent interaction: Sending print jobs to designated print agents for processing.
- Status monitoring: Tracking the progress of print jobs and providing feedback.
- Error handling: Managing print job failures and providing error messages.
- Print options: Allow you to configure print settings such as paper size, orientation, and
number of copies.
By centralizing print management, the Print Manager enhances efficiency, reliability, and control over the

- The selected report for print should be an operational report.
