Explanation

This activity lets you create charts based on Power BI datasets quickly and without advanced knowledge of tools like Power BI.

Power BI Service and the Performance API (BUSMOD) Service need to be installed and configured.
As the user, you also need to have the PBIES component as part of your solution set (this enables the navigator entries for the Analytics Report Generator Lobby element and is also a prerequisite for the deployment of the helm charts for the two services mentioned).
The Analytics Report Generatorelement has a feature toggle called POWERBI_REPORT_GENERATOR_LOBBY_ELEMENT should be enabled.
