Pause Travel

Explanation

Use this activity to pause travel on the mobile device. Even when travel is paused, the status will remain On Route. If Automatic Clocking is enabled, you will be clocked out from the travel Clock-In record. You can pause and resume travel multiple times until you reach the work location for the task.

Prerequisites

• The work assignment should exist on the mobile device.
• The work assignment should be in the On Route status.

System Effects

• The work assignment will remain in the On Route status.
• If Automatic time reporting has not been turned off via a Workflow Configuration, the user will be clocked out from the clocked in transaction for the travel time.
