Apply Supplier Warranty

Explanation

This action applies a supplier warranty on an already created request scope.

The scope should have an object, such as the reported item on the Request Details page, to be eligible for applying for a warranty.
The supplier warranty must be defined in the Service Object page and fulfill the following conditions:
- The supplier warranty is currently within the Validity period.
- The supplier warranty is currently in Active status.
- Supplier warranty has a Supplier who is registered as a customer.
- The supplier on the warranty is not already connected to the scope through another supplier warranty.

The selected supplier warranty is applied to the scope and will automatically cover all Request Work Tasks under the scope. The new supplier warranty will be applied in addition to any already applied supplier warranties on the scope.
New sales lines will be created according to the newly added supplier price rule for the already reported costs.
