This action disconnects the customer warranty that is already applied on a request scope.

Prerequisites

The scope should have a customer warranty applied.

System Effects

• The customer warranty will be removed.
• The Price Rule and SLA Template will be replaced according to the fallback hierarchy.
• Already created sales lines are not impacted.
• SLA commitments will be created according to the newly applied SLA template.
