Main Navigator

Access Main Navigator
		You can access Main Navigator using the Main Navigator icon located in the Navigation Bar.

The Navigator organizes the content in IFS Cloud in a tree structure.
Main Navigator can be customized by the system administrator.
You can also use Find Page, navigator search functionality to search for a page within IFS Cloud.
Click the navigator tiles to go to sub levels in the navigator and pages.

Note : Home tile in Main Navigator can be used to navigate your self to default Home in IFS Cloud

Properties of Navigator Tile

Navigator Tile With Sub Levels and Pages

When a Navigator tile consists of both page and a sub level, it shows a clear visual distinction from other navigation tiles.

Click the title of the tile to access the page directly
Click the arrow (Caret Right) to go to the sub levels and pages.

Navigation Filter

The Navigator menu consists of a Navigation filter (Find page) to simplify navigation by assisting you to find IFS Cloud web pages more easily and quickly.

Navigation Filtration Query Features

The navigation filter offers various helpful features that makes it easier for you to find what you're looking for during your search.

Query	Description	Behavior	Example
=	Equal sign before search query.	Selects navigation tiles that precisely match your search query.
AB CD	First two letters of each word	Condense your filter query by inputting the first three letters of each word
:	Colon before search query	Search for a client name	Example: All the clients which have HCM in their client name will appear as a search result. In this scenario if you select Available Training Events- Admin navigator tile you will be directed to HcmTrainingAndDevelopment client.
ESC : Press Escape key to clear the navigation filter.

Short Keys Associated with Navigator Menu

	Open / Close the Main Navigator.
	Move the focus to Find Page section in the Main Navigator. If the Navigator menu is closed, pressing the F key will open the Main Navigator with the focus on the Find Page section.
	Once your focus is in the Main Navigator, use Up arrow key to move your focus up on the navigator tiles.
	Once your focus is in the Main Navigator, use Down arrow key to move your focus down on the navigator tiles.
