This activity is used to create Work Orders from the suggested New and Retrospective Work Order list.
Review the edited data in the generated work orders and click Finish.
After completing the assistant, the summary page will open, displaying a summary of the generated work orders. Click Active Work Orders to view all work orders on the Active Work Orders page and proceed with further processing.
To rerun the work order generation, click Work Order Generation to restart the assistant.
Work Orders and Retrospective Work must be selected in the Analyze and Review step.
Work Orders are created and can be visualized in the Active Work Orders page.
Retrospective work orders will be created and assigned to the pre-selected work order status.
If the work orders were generated from an uploaded work report document, the document will be stored in the system. For new work orders, the document will be attached to the Work Order, while for retrospective work orders, it will be connected to the Work Task.
