My Asset Health Level Changes Widget 

Explanation

This activity is used to display the 25 most recent instances of asset health level degradation. Assets are sorted by their current health status, in descending order of severity from Critical to Good.

By going into each record in the widget, it provides a graphical view of how an asset’s health has fluctuated over a specified time period. Users can hover over the graph to view the asset health values versus date. Additional asset information, such as the Next Maintenance Date, Ongoing Work, and Current Asset Health Status, is also displayed. The Next Maintenance Date is taken from all connected preventive maintenance (PM) actions and does not consider corrective maintenance work tasks.

Users can filter the widget by Site, From Date, and To Date to view relevant records. Similarly, each asset record allows date-range filtering to analyze health trends over a specific period.

For each record:

• Selecting the Details button navigates the user to the Asset Performance Overview page, displaying complete performance history for the asset.
• Selecting the Create Fault button navigates the user to the New Fault Report assistant to create a fault for the selected asset based on observed health trends.

Prerequisites

• Preventive maintenance data must be connected for Next Maintenance Date values to be calculated.
• Asset health must be configured, and health history records must be available for graphical display

System Effects

• The 25 most recent asset health level changes will be displayed in the widget.
• Users can filter, analyze, and navigate to detailed asset performance information.
• Users can create fault reports for assets directly from the widget.
