Copy Document Folder Node

Explanation

This activity allows users to copy folder structures within the Document Folder Navigator page.

Copying folder structures can be performed using the copy-and-paste functionality within the Document Folder Navigator page.

Using the Tree Navigator in the Document Folder Navigator page, users can manage folder copies effectively. They can either:

• Copy and paste within the same folder structure.
• Copy and paste across different folder structures.

A new dialog is prompted to provide an option for copying document connections when copying a folder across different folder structures.

Prerequisites

• The document folders must exist.
• The same document to be copied should not be present in the folder to be pasted.
• Read-only option should be disabled for the folder structure.

System Effects

• The folder structure is copied to the specified destination.
• If the option to copy document connections is selected, all associated document connections will be replicated in the new folder structure.
