Add Target to Marketing List

Explanation

A marketing list is a set of targets which you can add as targets to a marketing campaign. Use this activity to add an account comm method, lead contact or account contact to a marketing list. Click Add to Marketing List on the Lead Contact, Lead Contacts, Account Contact, Account Contacts or Account-CRM page. The Select Marketing List dialog will then be displayed for the user to select the marketing list.

Account comm methods, Lead contacts and Account contacts can also be added in the Targets tab on the Marketing List page.

Prerequisites

• A Marketing list should have been created.
• An account comm method, lead contact or account contact should have been entered.

System Effects

The account comm method, lead contact or account contact will be added to the marketing list.
