Delete Recommendations

Explanation

Guided Next Steps is a CRM home widget designed to help sales representatives take the right actions to strengthen relationships with accounts and contacts. It provides AI-driven recommendations that suggest meaningful next actions. Communication patterns, frequency, and tone are analyzed to identify gaps or opportunities (e.g., follow-ups, unanswered questions, overdue check-ins). Contextual next steps are then suggested and displayed in the Guided Next Steps widget.

The data needed for recommendations is processed using background jobs. The recommendations that are generated by the background jobs are shown in the Guided Next Steps widget. Sales reps can take necessary actions to complete a recommendation in the widget. A recommendation can also be dismissed if no action should be taken.

It is also possible to delete recommendations using the Delete Guided Next Recommendations assistant. You can choose to remove recommendations that are New, Completed and/or Dismissed. Use the Created Before date to specify how old recommendations that should be deleted.

Prerequisites

Guided Next Step Recommendations must have been created.

System Effects

Selected Guided Next Steps recommendations will be removed.
