View CRM Dashboards

Explanation

The CRM Dashboard is a dashboard embedded in IFS Cloud Web. It provides sales managers with a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline and team performance. By consolidating key metrics and KPIs into an interactive dashboard, it enables data-driven decisions and proactive management.

The dashboard displays real-time data and it includes filters and interactive controls for slicing and dicing data.

The dashboard is organized into tabs that provide different perspectives:

• Overview: Insights into win and conversion rates, average deal size, and pipeline value.
• Pipeline: Visual representation of opportunities by status and value.
• Regional: Sales by market, region, and district.
• Team: Performance metrics such as number of opportunities created and top sales representatives.
• Analysis: Won/Lost analysis.
• Customer: Customer interaction metrics.

The dashboard content  is predefined and cannot be configured.

Prerequisites

To use the CRM Dashboard, the url for the Superset service and the Tenant ID for the Superset service must have been defined on the System Parameters page.
