During the lead phase, sales representatives often perform several activities (such as calls, emails, or meetings) to qualify and nurture the lead. These activities are an important part of understanding how the lead develops into an opportunity. When the lead is converted into a business opportunity, those earlier activities can be copied from the lead to provide full visibility into the sales journey.
Use this activity to view the lead activities that are created from the Lead page. These activities are referenced as Lead Activities under the Business Opportunity References section when performing the Convert Lead command, provided the Copy Lead Activities toggle is enabled. You can view the Lead Activity Reference section under the References tab on the Business Opportunity page.
