View Lead Score

Explanation

This activity allows you to view the prediction score for a certain lead. The lead score is a percentage value assigned to a lead based on their likelihood of converting into a paying customer and/or a business opportunity. The machine learning model is trained to predict the score value by analyzing historical data. Higher scores indicate a higher chance of conversion, helping sales and marketing teams prioritize leads effectively. The model can be retrained anytime to get the most accurate predictions using recent transaction data.

The AI model is trained on historical data and you must train the machine learning model on your own data before using this feature. The model will consider qualified leads and analyse a predefined set of parameters in the converted and rejected leads. Based on this information, it estimates the likelihood of conversion for new leads.

Parameters Considered:

The Top Contributors to the score are also shown on the Lead page. These are the parameters that had the greatest impact on the prediction.

Example: If Source shows 80%, it means this factor strongly influenced the prediction. A contributor shown in green suggests that many previously converted leads had the same source. A red contributor, on the other hand, indicates a negative impact on the score.

Please note that the top contributors and percentage values are provided by the AI model as guidance, not as exact calculations. They should be used to understand which factors influenced the prediction.
