A simulation configuration change request can be Cancelled at any status using the command available on the Simulation Configuration Change Request page.
Setting the request to Cancelled indicates that the user has decided not to conduct the evaluation of the simulation configuration change request.
A simulation configuration change must exist other than in Approved or Closed.
As a result of this activity, the system changes the status of the simulation configuration change request to Cancelled.
