Disapprove Disposition Line
Explanation
A previously approved shop order disposition line can be disapproved by using the command Unapprove.
Prerequisites
The disposition line should be in the Approved status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The status of the shop order disposition line will change to Released.
- A disposition history record will be generated.
- Repair orders and repair interim orders that are generated will be deleted.
- The repair order is a purchase order created directly from the disposition line approval; purchase order will
be cancelled upon the disapproval of the disposition line.
- The repair order is a purchase requisition, and if the procurement process is not started purchase
requisition will be deleted.
- An error message occurs when disapproving the line to reverse or cancel created requests, requests for
quotations, and purchase order lines when the procurement process is started.
- Any scrap transaction that takes place upon the approval of the disposition line will be cancelled. A history
record is generated.
- Any material receipts to the inventory that takes place upon the approval of the disposition line will be
cancelled. A history record is generated.
- Repair interim orders will be created which will serve as the demand order for the repair supply shop
order.
- The pegged assembly shop order allocation will be updated.
