Use this activity to create a new revision of an existing isolation template. The revision is created from an approved template and enters the workflow in Preliminary status. A description can be added to explain the purpose of the revision, and the revision number is displayed in the header for reference.
Once the revision is reviewed and approved, its status changes to Approved, and any previously approved revision of the same template is automatically set to Obsolete.
Approved or Preliminary templates can also be manually set to Obsolete. Information in approved revisions is locked and cannot be modified. This ensures that only the most current version of the isolation template is in use, maintaining accuracy and control throughout the revision lifecycle.
Isolation Template must have been created.
As a result of this activity, a new isolation template revision is created.
