Define Isolation Template Header

Explanation

Use this activity to define a new isolation template header. An isolation template states how a certain part of the facility should be shut down and started up again so that the specified work can be carried out under safe conditions. Isolation templates can be considered as templates from which you can create isolation orders. By right clicking in the header it is possible to copy an existing isolation template and its content.

Prerequisites

The site that is connected to the isolation template identity must have been entered in Site.

System Effects

• An isolation template header is created. The isolation template identity is given by the system when the information is saved. 
• You can make additional preparations in the Establishment and Reestablishment tabs. The isolation template identity can be used when a work clearance is created.
