Service Object 360

Use this page to graphically view service object structures along with related information. It is possible to access this window by clicking on the respective navigator node, or by selecting Service Object 360 command option standing on a functional object, serial object or a service object.

The header section displays the general information of the selected service object: Object identity, Object description, Object Classification, Operational Status Model and Location & Address details.

The graphical view of the object hierarchy is placed in the lower left section. It could be used to drill down into deeper levels of the object structures, for given navigation channels. The graphical view displays both functional and serial service objects which are represented by one node of text including service object identity and description. Each node is prefixed with a functional or a serial icon, coloured according to its operational status.

Blue - Planned for operation, Green - In operation, Grey - Scrapped, Red - Out of operation

The right most section of the page displays the relevant information of a selected service object such as General Information, Child Structures, Service Object Details (Functional or Serial), Additional Information and Service Work related Information.

Details Tab

Details tab in the Service Object 360 provides comprehensive information related to the selected service object. It displays attributes such as Object Site, Installation Date, Item Class, Criticality, Category, Group, and Type. Additionally, users can view related relationships, including Belongs to Object, Belongs to Site, and Service Bill of Material. The tab also provides Part Information like Supplier, Manufacturer, and Manufacture Date, along with Code Part Info and Free Notes sections for additional references. A Service Object Image panel is also available for attachments, allowing visual representation of the object if uploaded. This tab serves as a centralized view of key descriptive and relational data for the service object.

Summary Tab

Summary tab in the Service Object 360 presents an overall numerical viewpoint of the related service object information. It primarily displays the count of records (Contract Lines, Recurring Service Programs, Active Requests, Active Request Work Tasks, Finished Requests, Finished Request Work Tasks) for the selected service object. All the task counts are related to Request Tasks and Count within brackets displays the number of child structures that have active requests underneath the selected service object, excluding the selected service object. Navigation options are available to view details for each group of records respectively.

Child Objects Tab

Child object tab in the Service Object 360 displays the details of child objects connected to selected service object: Object name, Object Site, Operational Status, Model, Part No, Serial No, Serial Revision and Object type. It primarily displays the information of the Service Objects but if the "All Child Objects" toggle is on, it will show the information of child objects of the parent object. This tab is a read only tab and it does not provide the option to change any information of child objects.

Parties Tab

Parties tab in the Service Object 360 displays the Party Type and Party Identity linked to the selected service object. This tab lists the different parties associated with the object, showing their role and identity.

Warrenties Tab

Warranties tab displays information related to warranties associated with the selected service object. It includes details such as Warranty ID, Warranty Type, Warranty Type ID, Description, Status, Valid From, Valid To, Supplier, Price Rule, SLA Template, and SLA Template Revision.

Service Information Tab

Service Information tab in the Service Object 360 provides access to various service-related details for the selected service object. It includes selectable sections such as Contracts, Recurring Programs, Service Record, Parts Used, Spares, Testpoints/Parameters, Skills, and Cost.

Scheduling Information Tab

Scheduling Information tab in the Service Object 360 displays scheduling-related options for the selected service object. It includes sections for Availability and Preferences.

Service Notes

The Service Notes tab displays notes that have been created for the Service Object. It is possible to create a new service note from the Service Object 360 page.

History Tab

History tab in the Service Object 360 records and displays transaction details related to the selected service object. It includes information such as Created date and time, Part No, Serial No, Transaction Description, and Performed by. This tab provides a chronological view of actions and changes performed on the service object.

Attachments

Attachments related to the service object, such as Documents, Media and Characteristics, can be handled in the Attachments section.
