Tool store clerks and other authorized personnel can track and monitor all tools currently checked out to maintenance staff.
From the Tool Status – Checked Out page, tools store clerkscan check in tools and equipment. If required, a tool store clerk can select multiple tools when checking in.
From the Tools Check Out History page, tools store clerks and supervisors can view the history of tool and equipment check-outs
