Enter Crew Leader

Explanation

Perform this activity to enter a leader for a  crew. Basic conditions to maintain when assigning leaders are;

• A leader should always be a resource of type person.
• Planned leadership period should always be within the planned membership period.
• For the same period considered there can not be more than one leader.

It is mandatory to enter the start of the Leader period, but it is possible to leave the end date blank. This can be used if the corresponding member is assigned to the crew on a  permanent basis. 

Prerequisites

Resource Persons  must exists.

System Effects

As a result of this implementation a crew leader can be planned against the planned crew.
