Add Zones and Panels

You can add zones and panels to a maintenance task while executing it. Also, you can specify a zone and panel when you raise a fault or a non-routine. 

Note: You cannot add the same zone or panel again on which you already recorded panel opening or closing. 

Remove Zones

If you delete a zone on a maintenance task, then, all panels of that zone on that maintenance task get deleted. However, you still need to sign off the panels of the deleted zone on the MPC open and close tasks. 

Note: You cannot delete a zone that has an open panel. 

Remove Panels

If you delete a panel on a maintenance task, then, the zone of it does not get deleted on that maintenance task.  

Note: You cannot delete the panel requirements of an open panel from a maintenance task. 

Prerequisites

Zones and panels must have been defined previously and specified on published tasks. 

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Task Details page of the maintenance task to which you need to add a zone or a panel. 
  2. Add the required zone/panel in the corresponding Zones/Panels tab.

System Effects 

The zone/panel is added to the task or removed from the task. 

Info: The zones/panels you add/remove are not synchronized to CAMO.
