This activity is used to modify an E-reporting proposal through E-reporting details page. Through this activity, the user is only allowed to delete invoice/s included in the proposal. There should be at least one record in the E-reporting page, where the user could select the record and navigate to the E-reporting Details page via Details command.
The proposal must not be in the Acknowledged state to allow modification.
